ANSWER
MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT
(SHRI KAMLESH PASWAN)
(a) & (b): Under Budget Estimate (BE) 2026-27, Rs. 2,31,423.14
crore has been allocated to the Ministry of Rural Development
(MoRD), of which Rs. 2,28,768.81 crore is for the Department of Rural
Development. Allocation under BE is made against various
programmes/schemes of the respective Departments but not
State/UT-wise. Out of the allocation made for the programmes/
schemes under the budget estimate, funds are released to the
States/Union Territories through respective implementing
mechanisms of the schemes, which includes submission of requisite
documents / utilization certificate as per schematic requirements
ensuring proper utilization of funds already allocated under the
schemes, ensuring strict adherence of the schematic guidelines,
assessing the actual requirement at the ground level and taking into
account the balance of funds available with the States.
(c): National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) and the Digital
India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) of MoRD are
implemented in the UT of Delhi.
