SHRI BRIJENDRA SINGH OLA: Will the Minister of TEXTILES वस्त्र मंत्री be pleased to state : (a) the details of the funds allocated, released and spent under the SAMARTH Scheme from the year 2017 to March 2026, State/UT and Year-wise; (b) the details of total number of beneficiaries trained, certified, and got employment under the scheme during the said period; (c) the details and number of women, beneficiaries belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) who got employment under the scheme and district-wise in Rajasthan including the Jhunjhunu Lok Sabha Constituency; (d) the details of the implementation agencies empaneled under the such Scheme from the year 2017 till date; and (e) the number of agencies suspended, empanelment cancelled, or recovery of funds initiated against them due to non-achievement of targets or other irregularities in Rajasthan along with name and district-wise? उत्तर ANSWER वस्त्र राज् य मंत्री (श्री पबित्र मार्घरे रटा) THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR TEXTILES (SHRI PABITRA MARGHERITA) (a): Under Samarth Scheme fund is allocated directly to the implementing partners, there is no allocation of fund State & District wise under the scheme. The year-wise details of fund allocated, released and spent under the Samarth Scheme from the year 2017 to March 2026 as are given below: (Rs. in crore) S. Under the Samarth scheme, a total of 6.17 lakh beneficiaries have successfully trained (certified), of which 5.17 lakh beneficiaries have been provided placement since the inception of the Scheme up to March 2026. (c): Under the Samarth Scheme, a total of 27,497 beneficiaries have been placed in the State of Rajasthan, including the Jhunjhunu Lok Sabha Constituency, since the inception up to March 2026. Out of these, 23,102 beneficiaries are women, 10,727 belong to the Scheduled Castes (SC) category, and 4,753 belong to the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category. (d): A total of 370 Implementing Partners (IPs) have been empanelled under the Samarth Scheme from the year 2017 till date. The details of the empanelled Implementing Partners are given below: S. An IP may establish and operate training centres across various States and districts across the country based on its approved project. Therefore, no state-wise or district- wise training targets are allocated under the scheme. Further, based on the performance and progress of implementation, the training targets of 97 Implementing Partners have been rationalized, while the training targets of 32 Implementing Partners have been cancelled due to slow progress or non-commencement of training activities. *****
