ThiruArun Nehru: Will the Minister of RURAL DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state: (a) the details and total number of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Perambalur district and the number of loans availed by these groups during 2024-25; (b) whether the Government has identified bottlenecks in loan offtake; and (c) if so, the remedial measures proposed to enhance lending to SHGs in the district? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT (DR. CHANDRA SEKHAR PEMMASANI) (a): As on date, 50,720 Households have been mobilised in 4,473 Self Help Groups (SHGs) in Perambalur district.
