SHIVAJI BANDAPPA KALGE Will the Minister of NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY be pleased to state: (a) the details of the installed capacity of the solar energy generation in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu; (b) the details of the projects initiated in the said States/UTs for promoting renewable energy during the last three years; (c) whether any solar park has been developed in the said States/UTs and if so, the details thereof; (d) whether the Government proposes to develop more solar projects in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, UTs of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu; and (e) if so, the time-frame for the completion of these projects? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR NEW & RENEWABLE ENERGY AND POWER (SHRI SHRIPAD YESSO NAIK) (a) The installed solar energy capacity in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu as on 30.06.2026, are 20312.37 MW, 6332.42 MW and 143.40 MW respectively. (b) to (e) The details of the projects being implemented under various schemes of the Government in the States of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu for promoting renewable energy including solar parks are in Annexure. ****Annexure referred to in reply of parts (b) to (e) of Lok Sabha Unstarred Question No. 3950 to be answered on 12.08.2026 Details of the projects being implemented under various schemes of the Government in the States of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Union Territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu for promoting renewable energy including solar parks 1. Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) Scheme Phase-II (Government Producer Scheme) Under the CPSU Scheme Phase-II, Indore Municipal Corporation has commissioned 60 MW solar power project in the state of Madhya Pradesh in March 2026. 4. Scheme for “Development of Solar Parks and Ultra-Mega Solar Power Projects” There are 3 Solar Parks of aggregate capacity 1000 MW sanctioned in Maharashtra, so far, in which solar projects of 225 MW have been commissioned in one park. Further, 9 Solar Parks of aggregate capacity 4208 MW have been sanctioned in Madhya Pradesh, so far, in which solar projects of aggregate capacity 2726 MW have been commissioned in 6 solar parks. There is no Solar Park sanctioned in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. 5. New Solar Power Scheme (for PVTG and Tribal Habitations/Villages) under Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN) and Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA) The electrification status of households under PM JANMAN as on 30.06.2026 is as follows: Households Households reported Sl.
