Dr. Byreddy Shabari: Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) the details of grants-in-aid allocated, released and utilised under Article 275(1) of the Constitution to each eligible State/UT during the last five years, year and State/UT-wise; (b) the number and details of project proposals submitted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh under Article 275(1) during the last five years, including project descriptions and proposed funding amounts; (c) the status of each such proposal from Andhra Pradesh, indicating whether approved, rejected or pending and the reasons for delay or rejection, if any; (d) the details of projects approved in Andhra Pradesh under this provision, including the date of approval, fund-release status and current stage of implementation; and (e) whether the Union Government has received any pending or revised proposals from Andhra Pradesh for the current financial year and if so, the expected timeline for their appraisal and approval?
