SHRI ANUP SANJAY DHOTRE: Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state: (a) the details of beneficiaries under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP), Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS), Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Champions and Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) during the last three years, scheme-wise and State-wise particularly district-wise in Maharashtra; (b) the details of collateral-free loans sanctioned under the Credit Guarantee Scheme to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Maharashtra, including Akola district, indicating the number of beneficiary enterprises and the total amount disbursed during the said period; (c) the present status of implementation of initiatives such as enhanced Mudra loan limits, Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) onboarding, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) support, Food Irradiation and Quality Testing Units and e-Commerce Export Hubs in Maharashtra, particularly in Akola district; and (d) the details of measures taken to promote procurement, exports and market access for MSMEs in Maharashtra, including the benefits extended to MSMEs in Akola district during the last three years? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDMUM ENTERPRISES (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE) (a): Ministry of MSME implements the Credit Guarantee Scheme (CGS) for Micro and Small Enterprises through the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE), the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) through the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), the MSME Champions Scheme, and the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Programme, across the country, including in the State of Maharashtra. The details of beneficiaries State-wise and also district-wise in Maharashtra is given in Annexure-I. (b): The district-wise details of collateral-free credit guarantees extended under CGS-MSE in Maharashtra during the last three years are given at Annexure-I. (c): The status of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY), in the state of Maharashtra including Akola district is given in Annexure-II.: 2 : The Government vide notification dated 07.11.2024 has directed Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and all companies with the turnover of Rs. 250 Crore or more to on-board the Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS), an electronic platform for facilitating the discounting of trade receivables of MSMEs through multiple financiers. Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has issued a notification on June 30, 2026, mandating all the CPSEs to on board on any one of the TReDs platforms. As part of supporting the growth of lending to MSMEs by SIDBI, the Union Cabinet approved an equity infusion of ₹5,000 crore into SIDBI in three tranches. The first tranche of ₹3,000 crore was released to SIDBI in March 2026, strengthening its capital base and enabling it to sustain credit growth while complying with regulatory capital requirements. As regards Food Irradition Unit, at present, no project has been approved in Akola, Maharashtra for setting up a multi-product food Irradiation Unit under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan SAMPADA Yojana of Ministry of Food Processing Industries. (d): The details of measures taken to promote procurement, exports and market access for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in the state of Maharashtra are as under: i. Public Procurement Policy for MSEs mandates 25% annual procurement of goods and services by Central Ministries/Departments/CPSEs from Micro and Small Enterprises. ii. The Ministry has established 65 Export Facilitation Centers (EFCs) in its field offices across the country including 05 in Maharashtra with the aim of providing requisite mentoring and handholding support to MSMEs in exporting their products and services. Details of EFCs in Maharashtra and their functions is given at Annexure-III. iii. Procurement and Marketing Support (PMS) Scheme provides financial assistance to MSEs for participation in national and international trade fairs/exhibitions/expo’s, Vendor Development Programmes (VDPs), National Workshops/ Seminars, adoption of barcodes, packaging improvements, and use of digital marketing platforms. Progress of PMS in the state of Maharashtra during the last three years is given in Annexure-III. ****Annexure-I 1. Export Promotion Measures in the State of Maharashtra  The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises has established 65 Export Facilitation Centers (EFCs) in its field offices across the country including 05 in Maharashtra namely:- i. Indo German Tool Room (IGTR), Aurangabad; ii. Institute for Design of Electrical Measuring Instruments (IDEMI), Mumbai; iii. MSME Testing Centre, Mumbai, iv. MSME- Development and Facilitation Office, Mumbai; and v. MSME- Development and Facilitation Office, Nagpur  These Export Facilitation Centres (EFCs) support MSME exporters by providing comprehensive assistance across key areas. These include dissemination of information on export-related schemes and benefits, training and workshops on export compliance, handholding in export documentation and procedures, engagement with industry associations, State Governments, and DGFT to facilitate MSMEs. 2.
