STATUS ON APPLICATIONS UNDER AATMANIRBHAR
BHARAT FUND FOR RAJASTHAN
3464. SHRI RAJENDRA GEHLOT:
Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state:
(a) the district-wise number of applications of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
received, approved, rejected and pending under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat fund during the last three
years, particularly from the State of Rajasthan, year-wise;
(b) the total equity assistance approved, released and actually provided under the SRI fund and the
average processing time between approval and disbursement thereof; and
(c) the district-wise quantum of subsidiary funds included in the State of Rajasthan, along with the
details of committed versus withdrawn capital and the volume of investments made in MSMEs
thereunder?

(a) to (c): Government has, inter-alia, taken initiatives under the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat fund to
promote Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the country, including the state of
Rajasthan:
(i) The Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) was launched in May, 2020 as part of
Aatmanirbhar Bharat Package to support eligible MSMEs and business enterprises in meeting
their operational liabilities due to disruption caused by COVID-19 pandemic. The scheme was
operational till 31.03.2023. As reported by Department of Financial Services, since inception
till 31.03.2023, total 1.14 crore guarantees amounting to Rs. 2.42 lakh crore have been
extended to MSMEs, out of which, a total of 5.27 lakh guarantees amounting to Rs. 13,624
crore were extended to MSMEs in the State of Rajasthan. The district-wise details of the
assistance provided to MSMEs in the State of Rajasthan, during the last three years are attached
at Annexure-I.
(ii) Self-Reliant India (SRI) Fund has been set up to infuse Rs. 50,000 crore as equity funding in
MSMEs with a provision of Rs. 10,000 crore from the Government of India and Rs. 40,000
crore through Private Equity/Venture Capital Funds. The Budget 2026-27 has also announced a
support of ₹2,000 crore to top up the SRI Fund to continue dedicated support to micro
enterprises. Since inception in October 2021 till 28.02.2026, 731 MSMEs have been assisted by
way of fund investment of Rs. 17,438 crore, out of which, 9 MSMEs have been assisted by way
of total investment of Rs. 275.7 crore in the state of Rajasthan. The average processing time
between approval and disbursement is at most 9 months. The district-wise details of the
assistance provided to MSMEs in the State of Rajasthan, during the last three years are attached
at Annexure-II.
