The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers addresses Unstarred Question No. 2415 regarding the strengthening of the PM-PRANAM scheme. (a) whether the Government proposes to strengthen PM Programme for Restoration,

Scheme with clear targets and effective monitoring in the Budget 2026; and
(b) if so, the details thereof?

(a) and (b) Under the PM-PRANAM scheme (2023-24 to 2025-26), there is a provision to
provide incentives to States/UTs for reduction of consumption of chemical fertilizers (Urea,
