Will the Minister of COMMUNICATIONS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government is aware of the fact that there is a need to improve the quality of
telecommunication services and network coverage in rural and remote areas of the Hisar Lok Sabha
Constituency of Haryana;
(b) if so, whether any specific initiatives have been taken by the Government in this area under
the schemes like BharatNet project, 4G/5G expansion, public Wi-Fi hotspot scheme and tower
installation;
(c) whether the Government has launched any new projects to enhance internet connectivity and
make digital services accessible in rural areas; and
(d) if so, the details of the schemes and initiatives along with the present status of their
implementation, district-wise particularly in the Hisar Lok Sabha Constituency?

(a) As of October, 2025, all the villages (as per data of Registrar General of India) in Hisar Lok
Sabha Constituency (consisting of Hisar, parts of Bhiwani and Jind districts) are covered with 4G
mobile connectivity.

to provide broadband connectivity to all Gram Panchayats (GPs) and villages beyond Gram
Panchayats (GPs) on demand basis across the country. District-wise number of service ready Gram
