The Ministry received 18 proposals from 13 states for setting up Mega Textile Parks and has finalized 7 sites including one in Madhya Pradesh (Dhar) for setting up of PM MITRA Parks. Other selected sites are Telangana (Warangal), Gujarat (Navsari), Karnataka (Kalaburagi), Tamil Nadu (Virudhnagar), Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow) and Maharashtra (Amravati).
