3760. SHRI MANAS RANJAN MANGARAJ:
Will the Minister of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS be pleased to state:
(a) the number and location of toll plazas operational on National Highways in Odisha;
(b) whether complaints have been received regarding overcharging, poor service roads and
congestion; and
(c) the action taken against concessionaires for violations?

(a) The details of fee plazas operational on National Highways in the state of Odisha are at
Annexure-A.
(b) Total 77 complaints (Overcharging- 21 Nos, Poor roads/service road condition:-47, and
Congestion:-9 Nos) have been received for National Highways in the State of Odisha through
1033 National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Helpline and Rajmarg Yatra App during last
one year under NHAI which are resolved as per the stipulated timeline.
(c) The details of action taken against Concessionaires in the State of Odisha regarding National
Highways are at Annexure-B.
