Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government is aware that the Tribal Village Vision- 2030 Declaration was adopted
in one lakh special gram sabhas, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Government has launched the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan aimed at reaching over
eleven point five crore tribal citizens across one lakh villages spread across thirty States and Union
Territories, if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the declaration outlines actionable goals in the areas of education, health, livelihood,
social and financial inclusion and infrastructure, if so, the details thereof; and
(d) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) During the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, 62187 Gram Sabhas have been convened and have
uploaded 62187 Tribal Village Vision-2030 Plans or VAPs(Village Action Plans). This resolution
was formally passed to approve the Village Action Plan (VAP) prepared through participatory
tools such as Transect Walks, community workshops, and household mapping. It represented a
collective commitment of the community to pursue the needs and aspirations captured in the VAP.
The process enabled institutional ownership of village development priorities under the Abhiyan.
(b) The Ministry has launched Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, a capacity building and a responsive
governance programme designed to reach all tribal citizens across one lakh villages in 30
States/UTs. The programme operationalizes a large grassroots volunteers comprising 6.79 lakh
