MOHAMMAD JAWED: Will the Minister of MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES be pleased to state: (a) the details of enterprises registered under Udyam and Udyam Assist Portal since 2020 year- wise and State/UT-wise; (b) the details of enterprises from the above registered base that have availed benefits under any Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scheme since 2020, year-wise and State/UT-wise; (c) the details of data systems, if any, being used to enable information convergence across MSME schemes, including integration of Udyam registration data with scheme level databases; and (d) the reasons for the absence of a consolidated database on scheme uptake among registered MSMEs and the steps being taken to address this gap? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE FOR MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SUSHRI SHOBHA KARANDLAJE) (a): The Udyam Registration Portal (URP) was launched by Ministry of MSME on 01.07.2020 consequent upon revision of the definition of MSME classification vide notification S.O. 2119 (E) dated 26.06.2020. Udyam Assist Portal (UAP) was launched on 11.01.2023. The Year-wise and State/UT-wise number of enterprises registered on URP and UAP since 2020 till 30.06.2026 are at Annexure-I. (b) to (d): The Year-wise and State/UT-wise details of the enterprises that have availed benefits under major MSME schemes since 2020 till date are at Annexure – II for CGTMSE, Annexure – III for PMEGP and Annexure – IV for PM Vishwakarma.
