SHRI PRAKASH CHIK BARAIK: Will the PRIME MINISTER be pleased to state: (a) the details of sanctioned and in-position strength of Grade “A” services under the Central Government as on 18th February 2026; and (b) the year-wise details (in per cent of total sanctioned strength) of those belonging to SC, ST and OBC category appointed to Grade “A” services as Direct Recruit during the last five years?
