MAMATA THAKUR: Will the Minister of CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS be pleased to state: (a) the number of sanctioned posts, in position and the number of vacancies, including reserved posts across categories at the Ministry; (b) the number of vacancies in the Ministry and Departments, including reserved posts since 2021, year-wise and category-wise; and (c) the number of contractual employees hired since 2021, year-wise and category-wise? ANSWER THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (SMT. DoF, DCPC and DoP are the cadre controlling authority for the posts of MTS, Despatch Rider, Staff Car Driver and other technical posts. However, reservation is applicable only for the post of MTS. (b) On the basis of information furnished by the respective Departments under this Ministry, the number of vacancies in the Ministry and Departments, including reserved posts since 2021, year- wise and category-wise is placed at Annexure-I. (A,B,C) (c) The number of contractual employees hired since 2021, year-wise and category-wise as furnished by the respective Departments are placed at Annexure-II .
