PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 11th May, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) District :- Vav-Tharad No: AM-M-2026-441-LVT-162026-307-CH:- 1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-11 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as “The Act”) the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the land/lands mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto is/are required for the purpose of "Construction of Civil Enclave at Nani Defence Airfield"; 2. It is notified that 1. The area of land/lands required for the above project is 8028 Sq.Mtr. and is at Zakol Village of Lakhani Taluka of Vav-Tharad District; 2. The public purpose involved in the above project is construction of infrastructure of "Construction of Civil Enclave at Nani Defence Airfield". 3. Under Section 10A of the Act, inserted by the Gujarat Act of 12 of 2016, exemption is given vide Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification No.AM-M-2026-426-LVT-162026-307-CH, Date: 30/04/2026 that, it is not required the Social Impact Assessment Study Report. 5. The Particulars of the Administrator appointment under section 43 of the act are as under – Not applicable. 3. All the persons interested in these lands are hereby notified not to obstruct and disturb any Surveyor of other staff to enter upon and survey the land Any transactions in respect of whole or part of these lands in whatsoever manner including by sale, lease, mortgage, change of name, exchange entered into after the date of this Notification made without permission of the Collector shall not be taken into consideration by the officer assessing the compensation under section 27 of the Act for a particular portion of the land as may be finally acquired. 4. The Government of Gujarat, if satisfied about acquisition of the land for aforesaid public purpose, may publish final declaration under section 19 of the Act in this regard in the manner and timeframe so prescribed under the Act. In case the acquisition is dropped partially or entirely, such fact shall be notified in a proper manner as provided under the Act. 5. Read with Gujarat Government Extra Ordinary Gazette Part-IV dated 12 August, 2016 The Gujarat Act No.12 of 2016 and Under Clause-1 of Section-3G of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) the Government of Gujarat pleased to appoint Prant Officer, Deodar who may for the time being in Charge of Lakhani Taluka to Perform the function of a Collector in respect of the said lands. 6. Objection to the acquisition, if any may be field by the person interested within 60 (sixty Days) from the date of publication of this notification as provided under section-15 of the ACT before the Prant Officer, Deodar. (૪) ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-૧૨/૨૦૧૬ થી દાખલ કરેલ કલમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ મહેસૂલ ચવભાગ, ગુજરાત સરકારના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક : અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૪૨૬-જવથ-૧૬૨૦૨૬-૩૦૭-િ તા.૩૦/૦૪/૨૦૨૬ થી મુચિ આ૫વામાાં આવેલ છ.ે આથી ઉિ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૦(એ) હેઠળ સામાચજક અસરોના મૂલ્યાાંકનનો સાંચિપ્ત અહેવાલ આ૫વો જરૂરી નથી. (પ) અચધચનયમની કલમ-૪૩ હેઠળ ચનયુિ કરવામાાં આવેલ વહીવટદારની ચવગતો નીિે મુજબ છે. લાગુ ૫ડત ુાં નથી. ૩. આ જમીનોમાાં ચહત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી જાણ કરવામાાં આવે છે કે, કોઇ૫ણ સવેયરને અથવા અન્ય કમનિારીઓને આ જમીન ૫ર દાખલ થવા અને જમીનનો સવે કરતા અટકાવવા નચહિં. આ જાહેરનામુાં બહાર ૫ડયા બાદ, કલેક્ટરશ્રીની ૫રવાનગી વગર આ જમીનની કે તેના કોઇ ભાગની કોઇ૫ણ સ્વરૂપે તબદીલી જેમાાં વેિાણ, ભાડા૫ટ ેેૃ આ૫વી, ગીરવે મૂકવી, નામ બદલવુાં અથવા નોંધણીમા ાં ફેરફાર કરવા નહીં. જો તેમ કરવામા ાં આવે તો અચધચનયમની કલમ-ર૭ હેઠળ જમીન સાંપાદન વખત ે વળતરનુાં મૂલ્યાાંકન કરતી વખત ે આવા ફેરફાર ૫ર ચવિારણા કરવામાાં નહીં આવે. ૪. ગુજરાત સરકારને જો ઉ૫ર જણાવેલ જાહેર હેત ુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન કરવા અાંગ ે સાંતોષ થર્ે તો, અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૯ હેઠળ અચધચનયમમા ાં ચનયત કરેલ સમયમયાનદાની અાંદર અને તેમા જણાવેલી રીત ે આખરી જાહેરનામુાં બહાર પાડર્.ે જો સાંપાદન કરવાનુાં આાંચર્ક રીત ે અથવા પૂરપે ૂરી રીત ે રદ કરવામાાં આવે, તો આવી હદકકત, અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇ મુજબ યોગ્ય રીત ે જાહેર કરવાની રહેર્ે. ૫. જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થા૫ન અને પુનનવસવાટ અચધચનયમમા ાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) ની કલમ-૩(જ) હેઠળ મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ, રાજ્ય સરકાર, આ જમીનોના સાંબધાં મા ાં આ અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇઓ હેઠળ કાય ન કરવા અને ફરજો બજાવવા માટે પ્રાાંત અચધકારીશ્રી, દદયોદરને લાખણી તાલુકા માટે જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી તરીક ે નીમે છે. ૬. આ જાહેરનામા પ્રચસચિની તારીખથી ૬૦ (સાઇઠ) દદવસની અાંદર આ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૫ મુજબ સાંપાદન બાબત ે ચહત ધરાવતી વ્યચિન ે જો કોઇ વાાંધો હોય તો તેઓ કલમ-૧૫ હેઠળ પ્રાાંત અચધકારીશ્રી, દદયોદરને રજઆૂ ત કરી ર્કર્ે. અન સૂવચ મોજે. ઝાકોળ તાલ કો. લાખણી વજલ્લો. બનાસકાુંઠા અ.નું. સિે નુંબર ક્ષેત્રફળ (ચો.મી.માું) ૧ ૨૧૧/પૈકી-૨ ૨૪૫ ૨ ૨૧૨ ૩૩૦૦ ૩ ૨૧૩ ૪૪૮૩ કુલ ક્ષેત્રફળ (ચો.મી.માું) ૮૦૨૮ ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હુકમથી અને તેમના નામે, રાજ નમેરા, સરકારના ઉપસચિવ. ---------- Government Central Press, Gandhinagar.
