PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 21st July, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013) District:- Morbi No. AM-M-2026-687-LMB-142026-311-GH.1: Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Construction of Four lanning of Morbi - Navlakhi Road KM 67/00 to 108/00”. (1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above. (2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “ Construction of Four lanning of Morbi - Navlakhi Road KM 67/00 to 108/00 ” the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 09-00-54 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of Village: Jepur, Taluka: Morbi, Dist. Morbi. (3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 09-00-54 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. (૧) તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નિતા અચધિાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહું અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ િરવામા ાં આવેલ છે ત)ે ની િલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ અચધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરિાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટ ે િાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન િરવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર િરે છે. (૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ “મોરબી - નવલખી રોડ કિ.મી. ૬૭/૦૦ થી ૧૦૮/૦૦, ૪ માગીય ચવસ્તરણ” ના જાહેર હતે ુ માટ ે જમીન સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજ ૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન િરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો િુલ ચવસ્તાર ૦૯-૦૦-૫૪ હે.આર.ેિો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. જેપુર, તા. મોરબી, ચજ. મોરબીની હદમાાં આવેલ છ.ે (૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સાંપાદન િરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ ૦૯-૦૦-૫૪ હે.આરે.િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અચધચનયમના પ્રિરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપવાન ુાં રાજ્ય સરિારને જાહેર ચહતમા ાં આવશ્યિ જણાય છે. (૪) તેથી સદરહ ું અચધચનયમની િલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અન ે પારદર્નિતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨)ની િલમ-૩થી દાખલ િરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધિારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરિાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “મોરબી - નવલખી રોડ કિ.મી. ૬૭/૦૦ થી ૧૦૮/૦૦, ૪ માગીય ચવસ્તરણ”ના આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમા ાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ મોજ.ે જેપુર, તા. મોરબી, ચજ. મોરબીની ક્ષેત્રફળ ૦૯-૦૦-૫૪ હે.આરે.િો.મી. જમીનન ે સદરહું અચધચનયમના પ્રિરણ- ૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપે છ.ે ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હિમથી અને તેમના નામ,ે રાજ નમેરા, સરિારના ઉપસચિવ. ---------- Government Central Press, Gandhinagar.
