PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 24th July, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013) District:- Sabarkantha No:- AM-M-2026-697-LSK-1426-650-CH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Idar Bypass(East) Road”. (1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above. (2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “Idar Bypass(East) Road” the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.Are. 00-23-12 Sq.mtr. land and is situated within the boundary limit of Village: Gambhirpura, Taluka: Idar, Dist: Sabarkantha. (4) Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby exempt in public interest, the area of H.Are. 00-23-12 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of Village: Gambhirpura, Taluka: Idar, Dist: Sabarkantha to be acquired for the “Idar Bypass(East) Road” from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of The Act. (૧) તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવવ સનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્વકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦ મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહું અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ની કલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ અચધકાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે કાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન કરવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર કરે છે. (૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ “ઈડર બાયપાસ (પૂવવ) રોડ”ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજ ૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો કુલ ચવસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૦-૨૩-૧૨ િો.મી. છે અને તે ગામ. ગાંભીરપુરા તા. ઈડર ચજ. સાબરકાાંઠાની હદમાાં આવેલ છે. (૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૦-૨૩-૧૨ િો.મી. જમીનન ે સદરહું અચધચનયમના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપવાનુાં રાજ્ય સરકારને જાહેર ચહતમાાં આવશ્યક જણાય છે. (૪) તેથી સદરહું અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ :સ્થાપન અને પનુ વવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્વકતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨) ની કલમ-૩થી દાખલ કરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરકાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “ઈડર બાયપાસ (પૂવવ) રોડ” ના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમા ાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ ગામ. ગાંભીરપુરા, તા. ઈડર ચજ. સાબરકાાંઠાની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૦-૨૩-૧૨ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અચધચનયમના પ્રકરણ-૨ અન ે ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપે છે. ગજુ રાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હકમથી અને તેમના નામે, રાજ નમેરા, સરકારના ઉપસચિવ. ---------- Government Central Press, Gandhinagar.
