PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 11th May, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013(30 of 2013) District: Panchmahal No: AM-M-2026-438-LPN-1426-181-CH:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section-11 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013(30 of 2013) (here in after referred to as "The Act") the Government of Gujarat hereby declares that the land/lands mentioned in the Schedule annexed hereto is/are required for the purpose of Mehuliya-Gadukpur-Tajpur-Dayal Approch Road Km 0/0 to 6/10. (1) It is notified that 1. The area of land/lands required for the above project is H.00-73-93 Sq.mt. and is situated within the boundary limit of Gadukpur village of Godhra Taluka of Panchmahal District. 2. The public purpose involved in the above project is construction of infrastructure of Mehuliya-Gadukpur- Tajpur-Dayal Approch Road Km 0/0 to 6/10. 3. Under Section 10A of the Act, inserted by the Gujarat Act of 12 of 2016, exemption is given vide Government of Gujarat, Revenue Department Notification No. AM-M-2026-283-LPN-1426-181-CH, Date: 24/03/2026 that, it is not required the Social Impact Assessment Studies Report. 5. The Particulars of the Administrator appointment under section 43 of the act are as under – Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra (2) All the persons interested in these lands are hereby notified not to obstruct and disturb any Surveyor of other staff to enter upon and survey the land. Any transactions in respect of whole or part of these lands in whatsoever manner including by sale, lease, mortgage, change of name, exchange entered into after the date of this Notification made without permission of the Collector shall not be taken into consideration by the officer assessing the compensation under section 27 of the Act for a particular portion of the land as may be finally acquired. (3) The Government of Gujarat, if satisfied about acquisition of the land for aforesaid public purpose, may publish final declaration under section 19 of the Act in this regard in the manner and timeframe so prescribed under the Act. In case the acquisition is dropped partially or entirely, such fact shall be notified in a proper manner as provided under the Act. (4) In exercise of the power under Clause-1 of Section-3G of the Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) the Government of Gujarat pleased to appoint the Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra who may for the time being in Charge of Godhra Taluka to Perform the function of a Collector in respect of the said lands. (5) Objection to the acquisition, if any may be field by the person interested within 60(sixty Days) from the date of publication of this notification as provided under section-15 of the act before Additional Special Land Acquisition Officer, Panchmahal, Godhra. (૧) આથી જાહેર કરવામાાં આવે છે કે, ૧. ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જરૂરી જમીન હે. ૦૦-૭૩-૯૩ િો.મી. અને તે પાંિમહાલ ચજલ્લાના ગોધરા તાલુકાના ગદુકપુર ગામની હદમાાં આવેલ છે.CENTRAL SECTION ] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 11-05-2026 492-3 ૨. ઉપર જણાવેલ પ્રોજેક્ટમાાં નીિે મુજબના જાહેર ચહતનો સમાવેર્ થાય છ.ે "મેહુચલયા-ગદુકપુર-તાજપુર-દયાલ એપ્રોિ રોડ કકમી ૦/૦ થી ૬/૧૦" ના આાંતરમાળખાકકય પ્રોજેક્ટના બાધાં કામ માટે. ૩. અસરગ્રસ્ત વ્યચિઓને ખસેડવાની જરૂરના કારણો નીિે મુજબ છે: - લાગુ પડતુાં નથી. ૪. ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-૧૨/૨૦૧૬ થી દાખલ કરેલ કલમ-૧૦ એ હેઠળ મહેસૂલ ચવભાગ, ગુજરાત સરકારના તા.૨૪-૦૩-૨૦૨૬ ના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક : અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૨૮૩-જપિ-૧૪૨૬-૧૮૧-િ થી મુચિ આપવામાાં આવેલ છે. આ ઉિ અચધચનયમની કલમ- ૧૦એ હેઠળ સામાચજક અસરોના મૂલયાાંકનનો સાંચિપ્ત અહેવાલ આપવો જરૂરી નથી. ૫. અચધચનયમની કલમ-૪૩ હેઠળ ચનયુિ કરવામાાં આવેલ વહીવટદારની ચવગતો નીિે મુજબ છે: - અચધક ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, પાંિમહાલ ગોધરા (૨) આ જમીનમાાં ચહત ધરાવતી તમામ વ્યચિઓને આથી જાણ કરવામાાં આવે છે કે, કોઇપણ સવેયરને અથવા અન્ય કમનિારીઓને આ જમીન પર દાખલ થવા અને જમીનનો સવે કરતા અટકાવવા નચહિં. આ જાહેરનામુાં બહાર પડ્યા બાદ, કલેક્ટરશ્રીની પરવાનગી વગર આ જમીનની કે તેના કોઇ ભાગની વેિાણ, ભાડાપટ્ટે આપવી, ગીરવે મૂકવી, નામ બદલવુાં અથવા નોંધણીમાાં ફરે ફાર કરવા સચહત કોઇપણ સ્વરૂપે કરવામાાં આવેલી લેવડદવે ડને, જમીનના જે િોક્કસ ભાગનુાં આખરી સાંપાદન કરવામાાં આવે તેવુાં, અચધચનયમની કલમ-૨૭ હેઠળ વળતર આકારતી વખત,ે સાંબાંચધત અચધકારી ધ્યાનમાાં લેર્ે નચહિં. (૩) ગુજરાત સરકારને જો ઉપર જણાવલે જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન કરવા અાંગે સાંતોષ થર્ે તો, અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૯ હેઠળ, અચધચનયમમાાં ચનયત કરેલ સમયમયાનદાની અાંદર અને તેમાાં જણાવેલી રીતે આખરી જાહેરનામુાં બહાર પાડર્ે. જો સાંપાદન કરવાનુાં આાંચર્ક રીતે અથવા પૂરપે ૂરી રીતે રદ કરવામાાં આવે, તો આવી હકકકત, અચધચનયમની જોગવાઇ મુજબ યોગ્ય રીતે જાહેર કરવાની રહેર્ે. (૪) જમીન સાંપાદન, પનુ ઃસ્થાપન અને પુનનવસવાટ અચધચનયમમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)ની કલમ-૩(જી) હેઠળ મળેલી સત્તાની રૂએ, રાજ્ય સરકાર, આ જમીનોના સાંબાંધમાાં આ અચધચનયમની જોગવાઈઓ હેઠળ કાય ન કરવા અને ફરજો બજાવવા માટે અચધક ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, પાંિમહાલ ગોધરાને ગોધરા તાલુકા માટે જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી તરીકે નીમે છે. (૫) આ જાહેરનામા પ્રચસચિની તારીખથી ૬૦(સાઇઠ) કદવસની અદાં ર આ અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૫ મુજબ સપાં ાદન બાબતે ચહત ધરાવતી વ્યચિને જો કોઈ વાાંધો હોય તો તેઓ કલમ-૧૫ હેઠળ અચધક ખાસ જમીન સાંપાદન અચધકારી, પાંિમહાલ ગોધરાની કિેરીને રજઆૂ ત કરી ર્કર્ે. અન સૂવચ વજલ્લો : પુંચમહાલ તાલ કો : ગોિરા ગામ : ગદ કપર ક્ષેત્રફળ ક્ષેત્રફળ અ.નું. સિે/બ્લોક નુંબર અ.નું. સિે/બ્લોક નુંબર (હે.આરે.ચો.મી.)
