PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 6th August, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013) District: Patan No:- AM-M-2026-810-LPT-142026-1159-GH: Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Upgradation of Radhanpur-Sami-Harij-Chanasma Section of SH-55 (Km 00/00 to 60/400) from 2 lane to 4 lane”. (1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above. (2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “Upgradation of Radhanpur-Sami-Harij-Chanasma Section of SH-55 (Km 00/00 to 60/400) from 2 lane to 4 lane” the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 04-59-63 Sq.mtr. and is situated within the boundary limit of : Village: Chanasma, Taluka: Chanasma, Dist. Patan. (3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 04-59-63 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. (૧) તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનવન સનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નિતા અચધિાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦ મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહુ અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ િરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે) ની િલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ અચધિાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરિાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે િાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન િરવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર િરે છે. (૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ “રાધનપુર-સમી-હારીજ-િાણસ્મા રોડ (એસ.એિ. ૫૫) િેઇનેજ પર કિ.મી. ૦૦/૦૦ થી ૬૦/૪૦૦ ને િાર માગીય બનાવવવા”ના જાહેર હેત ુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્ત રજ ૂ થયેલ છે, ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન િરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો િુલ ચવસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૪-૫૯-૬૩ િો.મી. છે અને તે મોજે. િાણસ્મા, તા. િાણસ્મા, ચજ. પાટણની હદમાાં આવેલ છે. (૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહુ સાંપાદન િરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે.૦૪-૫૯-૬૩ િો.મી. જમીનન ે સદરહુ અચધચનયમના પ્રિરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપવાનુાં રાજ્ય સરિારને જાહેર ચહતમાાં આવશ્યિ જણાય છે. (૪) તેથી સદરહુ અચધચનયમની િલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નિતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨)ની િલમ-૩થી દાખલ િરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધિારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરિાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “રાધનપુર-સમી-હારીજ-િાણસ્મા રોડ (એસ.એિ. ૫૫) િેઇનેજ પર કિ.મી. ૦૦/૦૦ થી ૬૦/૪૦૦ ને િાર માગીય બનાવવવા”ના આાંતરમાળખાિીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમા ાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ મોજે. િાણસ્મા, તા. િાણસ્મા, ચજ. પાટણની ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૪-૫૯-૬૩ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહુ અચધચનયમના પ્રિરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપે છે. ગજુ રાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હુિમથી અને તેમના નામે, રાજ નમેરા, સરિારના ઉપસચિવ. ---------- Government Central Press, Gandhinagar.
