PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 21st July, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) (30 of 2013) District:- Jamnagar No. AM-M-2026-684-LJM-172026-314-GH.1: Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “ For Construction of Connecting (Spreading) Channel joining Khiri T.R. & Hadiyana Bandhara Project ”. (1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above. (2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “ For Construction of Connecting (Spreading) Channel joining Khiri T.R. & Hadiyana Bandhara Project ” the bare minimum area of land to be acquired, for the Project is H.A. 00-52-00 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of Village: Balachadi, Taluka: Jodiya, Dist. Jamnagar. (3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of H.A. 00-52-00 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of the provision of chapter II and III of the Act. By order and in the name of the Governor of Gujarat, RAJ NAMERA, Under Secretary to Government. મહેસૂલ વિભાગ જાહેરનામ ું સચિવાલય, ગાાંધીનગર, ૨૧મી જુલાઇ, ૨૦૨૬ (જમીન સુંપાદન, પ ન:સ્થાપન અને પ નનિસનમાું વ્યાજબી િળતર અને પારદર્નકતા અવિકાર અવિવનયમ, ૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) વજલ્ોોઃ જામનગર ક્રમાુંકોઃ અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૬૮૪-જજમ-૧૭૨૦૨૬-૩૧૪-ઘ.૧: ‘’ખીરી ટી.આર. થી હડીયાણા બાંધારા સુધીની સ્પ્રેડડાંગ િેનલ‘’ ના જાહેર હેતુના આાંતરમાળખાકીય રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સાંભવ છે, એવુાં ગુજરાત સરકારને જણાય છ.ે (૧) તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્પ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) (જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહું અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામા ાં આવેલ છે ત)ે ની કલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ અચધકાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટ ે કાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન કરવાનો ઈરાદો જાહેર કરે છે. (૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત રોજેક્ટ “ખીરી ટી.આર. થી હડીયાણા બાંધારા સુધીની સ્પ્રેડડાંગ િેનલ” ના જાહેર હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન માટેની દરખાસ્પ્ત રજૂ થયલે છે, ત્યારે આ રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામાાં ઓછી જમીનનો કુલ ચવસ્પ્તાર ૦૦-૫૨-૦૦ હે.આરે.િો.મી. છ ે અને તે મોજ.ે બાલાિડી, તા. જોડીયા, ચજ. જામનગરની હદમા ાં આવેલ છ.ે (૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ ૦૦-૫૨-૦૦ હે.આરે.િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અચધચનયમના રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપવાન ુાં રાજ્ય સરકારને જાહેર ચહતમા ાં આવશ્યક જણાય છે. (૪) તેથી સદરહ ું અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્પ્થાપન અને પુનનવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અન ે પારદર્નકતા (ગુજરાત સુધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨)ની કલમ-૩થી દાખલ કરેલ) થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય સરકાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “ખીરી ટી.આર. થી હડીયાણા બાંધારા સધુ ીની સ્પ્રેડડાંગ િેનલ” ના આાંતરમાળખાકીય રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન થતી જમીનમાાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ મોજ.ે બાલાિડી, તા. જોડીયા, ચજ. જામનગરની ક્ષેત્રફળ ૦૦-૫૨-૦૦ હે.આરે.િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહ ું અચધચનયમના રકરણ- ૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપ ે છે. ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હકમથી અને તેમના નામ,ે રાજ નમેરા, સરકારના ઉપસચિવ. ---------- Government Central Press, Gandhinagar.
