PART I-B CENTRAL SECTION Government Notifications Published Under Land Acquisition Act Only REVENUE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 12th May, 2026 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) District: Patan No: AM-M-2026-452-LPT-142025-80-GH:- WHERE AS The State Government by its notification No. AM-M-2025- 306-LPT-142025-80-GH, Dated.16/05/2025 issued under section-11(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has notified in said notification that land bearing survey number/Block no. of Village: Sabdalpura, Ta: Radhanpur, Dist: Patan is needed for the Public purpose of “Radhanpur Bypass”. The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the Act, In exercise of the powers conferred by section-19(7) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, The Government of Gujarat hereby extend the Period of 12 (twelve) months to make a final notification under section-19(1) of the said act. I-B Ex.-507 507-1507-2 GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, EX., 12-05-2026 [ PART I-B મહેસૂલ વિભાગ જાહેરનામ ું સચિવાલય, ગાાંધીનગર, ૧૨મી મ,ે ૨૦૨૬ જમીન સુંપાદન, પ ન:સ્થાપન અને પ નિવસિાટ અવિવનયમમાું વ્યાજબી િળતર અને પારદર્વકતા અવિકાર અવિવનયમ-૨૦૧૩ (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો) વજલ્લો : પાટણ ક્રમાુંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૬-૪૫૨-જપટ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૮૦-ઘ:- જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અને પનુ વવસવાટમાાં વાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્વકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ ની કલમ-૧૧(૧) હેઠળ બહાર પાડેલ સરકારશ્રીના તા.૧૬/૦૫/૨૦૨૫ના જાહેરનામા ક્રમાાંક: અમ-મ-૨૦૨૫- ૩૦૬-જપટ-૧૪૨૦૨૫-૮૦-ઘ થી રાજ્ય સરકારે એવુ ચનર્દિષ્ટ કરેલ છે કે મોજે-સબ્દલપુરા, તા.રાધનપુર, ચજ.પાટણ ઉક્ત જાહેરનામાની અનુસૂચિમાાં દર્ાવવેલ સવે નાંબર/બ્લોક નાંબર વાળી જમીન “રાધનપુર બાયપાસ”ના જાહેર હેત ુ માટે જરૂરી છે. સદરહુ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧) ના સદરહુ જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લાંબાવવા માટેના વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથનવ આપતાાં પુરતા કારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવ ે છે તેવો અચિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી, જમીન સાંપાદન, પુનઃસ્થાપન અન ે પુનવવસવાટમા ાં વાજબી વળતર અન ે પારદર્વકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ ની કલમ-૧૯(૭) થી અપાયેલ સત્તાની રૂએ અને આ અાંગે અચધકૃત કરતી બીજી તમામ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ જાહેર કરવાના થતા આખરી જાહેરનામાની મુદ્દત વધુ ૧૨(બાર) મચહના સુધી વધારી આપે છે. આ બાર મચહનાનો સમયગાળો તા.૧૬/૦૫/૨૦૨૬થી ગણવાનો રહેર્.ે ગુજરાતના રાજ્યપાલશ્રીના હુકમથી અને તેમના નામે, ડી. બી. વનમાિત, સરકારના નાયબ સચિવ. ---------- Government Central Press, Gandhinagar.
