No:- AM-M-2026-700-LBK-1426-619-CH:- Whereas it appears to the Government of Gujarat, that the land is likely
to be needed for public purpose viz. for the purpose of construction of the infrastructure project of “Construction of
Four Lanning of Dantiwada-Kuchavada Road (S.H.-866)under Parikrama Path Yojana”.
(1) Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (2) of “The Right to Fair
Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013)
(herein after referred to as “The Act”) and the Rules made there-under, it is hereby notified that the Government of
Gujarat intends to acquire the said land for the public purpose of the infrastructure project specified above.
(2) Now whereas a proposal is made for acquisition of the above mentioned proposed project of “Construction of Four
Lanning of Dantiwada-Kuchavada Road (S.H.-866) under Parikrama Path Yojana” the bare minimum area of land
to be acquired, for the Project is H.Are. 01-29-24 Sq.mtr. land and is situated within the boundary limit of
Village: Kuchavada, Taluka: Deesa, Dist: Banaskantha.

(3) Now whereas it appears to the State Government that it is expedient to exempt in public interest such area of
H.Are. 01-29-24 Sq.mtr. of land to be acquired, for the above stated infrastructure project, from the application of
the provision of chapter II and III of the Act.
(4) Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(A) of The Act [inserted by section 3 of The
RFCTLARR (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 2016] (Gujarat Act No. 12 of 2016) The Government of Gujarat, hereby
exempt in public interest, the area of H.Are. 01-29-24 Sq.mtr. land is situated within the boundary limit of
Village: Kuchavada, Taluka: Deesa, Dist: Banaskantha to be acquired for the “Construction of Four Lanning of
Dantiwada-Kuchavada Road (S.H.-866)under Parikrama Path Yojana” from the application of the provision of
chapter II and III of The Act.

બનાવવા”ના જાહેર હેતુના આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે જમીનની જરૂર પડવાનો સાંભવ છે, એવુાં ગુજરાત સરકારને જણાય છે.
(૧) તેથી જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પનુ નવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદર્નકતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩) (૨૦૧૩નો ૩૦મો)
(જેનો આમાાં હવે પછી “સદરહું અચધચનયમ” તેમ ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાાં આવેલ છે તે)ની કલમ-૨(૧) તથા તે અાંગેના ચનયમોથી મળેલ
અચધકાર અન્વયે ગુજરાત સરકાર આથી ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટના જાહેર હેતુ માટે કાયદાનુસાર સાંપાદન કરવાનો ઈરાદો
જાહેર કરે છે.
(૨) હવે જ્યારે ઉક્ત સૂચિત પ્રોજેક્ટ “પરરક્રમા પથ યોજના હેઠળ દાાંતીવાડા-કુિાવાડા રોડ (એસ.એિ.-૮૬૬) િારમાગીય બનાવવા”ના જાહરે
હેતુ માટે જમીન સાંપાદન માટને ી દરખાસ્ત રજૂ થયેલ છ,ે ત્યારે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સાંપાદન કરવાની થતી ઉપરોક્ત ઓછામા ાં ઓછી
જમીનનો કુલ ચવસ્તાર હે.આરે. ૦૧-૨૯-૨૪ િો.મી. છે અને તે ગામ. કુિાવાડા, તા. ડીસા, ચજ. બનાસકાાંઠાની હદમાાં આવેલ છે.
(૩) હવે જ્યારે ઉપરોક્ત આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સદરહું સપાં ાદન કરવાની થતી ક્ષેત્રફળ હે.આરે. ૦૧-૨૯-૨૪ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહ ું
અચધચનયમના પ્રકરણ-૨ અને ૩ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાથાં ી મુચક્ત આપવાનુાં રાજ્ય સરકારને જાહેર ચહતમાાં આવશ્યક જણાય છે.
(૪) તેથી સદરહું અચધચનયમની કલમ-૧૦(એ) (જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પનુ નવસનમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અન ે પારદર્નકતા (ગુજરાત
સુધારા) અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૬ (૨૦૧૬નો ગુજરાત અચધચનયમ-નાં.૧૨)ની કલમ-૩થી દાખલ કરેલ)થી મળેલ અચધકારો અન્વયે, રાજ્ય
સરકાર આથી જાહેર ચહતમાાં “પરરક્રમા પથ યોજના હેઠળ દાાંતીવાડા-કુિાવાડા રોડ (એસ.એિ.-૮૬૬) િારમાગીય બનાવવા”ના
આાંતરમાળખાકીય પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સપાં ાદન થતી જમીનમાાં સમાચવષ્ટ થયેલ ગામ. કુિાવાડા, તા. ડીસા, ચજ. બનાસકાાંઠાની ક્ષેત્રફળ
હે.આરે. ૦૧-૨૯-૨૪ િો.મી. જમીનને સદરહું અચધચનયમના પ્રકરણ- ૨ અને ૩ ની જોગવાઈઓની અમલવારીમાાંથી મુચક્ત આપે છે.
