NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 10th December, 2025 (The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013)

Dist:- Surat No:- AM-M-2025-875-LSU-122024-1195-GH:- Whereas the Government of Gujarat, vide its Notification No. AM-M- 2024-696-LSU-122024-1195-GH, Dated: 11/12/2024 issued under section section-11(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 has notified that land bearing Block No./Survey No. of Village: Vankaneda, Ta. Palsana, Dist. Surat in the said notification is needed for the public purpose of “Construction of R.O.B. and R.U.B. with approach in lieu of k.m. 10/6-7 L.C. No. 12 at Chalthan- Vankaneda-Niyol Road”.

The Government of Gujarat, as having its opinion that, the circumstance so exist for justifying extension of period of the aforesaid notification u/s 11(1) of the Act, in exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to section-19(7) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, hereby extend the Period of 12(twelve) months to the aforesaid notification of 11(1) of the Act, publication of the declaration under section-19(1) of the act. The period of 12 (twelve) months will be effective from the date of 11/12/2025.

(RUB) ના બાાંધકામ માટને ા જાહેર હેતુ માટે સાંપાદન કરવા માટે જરૂ૨ છે.

સદરહુ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧)ના સદરહુ જાહેરનામાની અમલવારીનો સમય લાંબાવવા માટેના વ્યાજબીપણાને સમથવન આપતાાં પૂરતા કારણો અસ્સ્તત્વ ધરાવે છે તેવો અચિપ્રાય થતો હોવાથી, જમીન સાંપાદન, પુન:સ્થાપન અને પનુ વવસવાટમાાં વ્યાજબી વળતર અને પારદચશવતા અચધકાર અચધચનયમ-૨૦૧૩ની કલમ-૧૯(૭)ના પ્રોવીઝોથી મળેલ સત્તાની રૂએ ગુજરાત સરકાર આ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૯(૧) હેઠળ પ્રચસદ્ધ કરવાના જાહેરનામા માટે સદરહુ કાયદાની કલમ-૧૧(૧)ના જાહેરનામાની મુદત વધુ ૧૨ (બાર) મચહના સુધી વધારી આપે છે. આ બાર મચહનાનો સમયગાળો તા. ૧૧/૧૨/૨૦૨૫ થી અમલમાાં આવશે.
