The supplement pertains to traffic regulations under Section 33(1)(B) of the Gujarat Police Act of 1951. Due to a fair at the Bhatiji Maharaj and Shankar Bhagwan temples in Bhadarva, Tilakwada Taluka, Narmada, from November 4-5, 2025, heavy traffic and potential safety hazards are anticipated.
To manage traffic and prevent accidents, a one-way traffic system will be implemented on National Highway No. 56, from Akateshwar Chokdi to Surva Toll Naka, from November 3-5, 2025. Vehicles traveling from Rajpipla towards Devaliya will be directed to use the left side of National Highway No. 56 from Akateshwar Chokdi to Surva Toll Naka.
This order is effective from 00:00 hours on November 3, 2025, until 24:00 hours on November 5, 2025. Violations of this notification are punishable under Section 131 of the Gujarat Police Act of 1951 and Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023.
