(२) हे दनयम महाराष्टट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रदसद्ध झाल्याच्या ददनांकापासून अंमलात येतील. २. व्याख्या :— या दनयमात संदभा्गनुसार दुसरा अर््ग आिश्यक नसेल तर,— (क) “कनयुक्तरी प्ाकधकाररी” याचा अर््ग, मंडळाच्या काया्गलयातील अधीक्षक, ग्‍ट-क आदण िररष््ठ दलदपक, ग्‍ट-क या पदािर उमदे िाराची दनयक्ु ती करण्यासा्ठी सक्षम प्रादधकारी असणार ेरगं भमू ी पररदनरीक्षण मडं ळाच्या काया्गलयाच ेसदचि, असा आह;े (ख) “मडं ळ” याचा अर्,्ग पय्‍ट्ग न ि सास्ं ककृदतक काय ्गदिभागाच्या प्रशासकीय दनयत्ं णाखालील रगं भमू ी पररदनरीक्षण मडं ळ, असा आहे; (ग) "शासन" याचा अर््ग, महाराष्ट् शासन, असा आहे; (१) भाग चार-अ-४५३–१2 महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, ऑक््टटोबर ८, २०२५/आश््ववन १६, शके १९४७ (घ) “पदटोन्नतरीचरी पात्रता” याचा अर््ग, सामान्य प्रशासन दिभागान ेिळे टोिळे ी केलले ेदनयम, काढलले ेशासन दनण्गय दकिं ा आदशे यांमध्ये पदटोन्नतीसा्ठी दिदनदद्गष््‍ट केलेल्या अ्‍टी ि शततींनुसार असलेली पदटोन्नतीची पात्ता, असा आहे; ३. अधरीषिक ग्ट-क च्या कनयुक्तरीचा प्कार पुढरीलप्माणे असेल :— (क) पदटोन्नतरीद्ारे.— पय्ग्‍टन ि सांस्ककृदतक काय्ग दिभागाच्या मंडळाच्या काया्गलयातील अधीक्षक, ग्‍ट-क पदािरील दनयुक्ती, काया्गलयातील िररष््ठ दलदपक, ग्‍ट-क पद धारण करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींमधून ज्येष््ठतेच्या आधारे, पदटोन्नतीसा्ठी पात् असणाऱ्या आदण या पदािर तीन िर्ाांपेक्षा कमी नसेल इतकी दनयदमत ि अखंदडत सेिा असणाऱ्या यटोग्य व्यक्तीची पदटोन्नती करण्यात येईल ; दकंिा (ख) प्कतकनयुक्तरीद्ारे.— जर िररष््ठ दलदपक, ग्‍ट-क पद धारण करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींमधून पदटोन्नतीसा्ठी पात् आदण यटोग्य उमेदिार उपलब्ध झाला नाही तर अशािळे ी प्रदतदनयक्ु तीद्ार ेइतर दिभागाकडून समतल्ु य पद धारण करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींमधनू यटोग्य व्यक्तीची प्रदतदनयक्ु ती करण्यात येईल : परंतु, सामान्य प्रशासन दिभागाद्ारे यटोजलेल्या प्रदतदनयुक्ती धटोरणामधील दिदहत दनयम ि अ्‍टींचे पालन करून प्रदतदनयुक्ती केली जाईल. ४. वररष्ट्ठ कलकपक, ग्ट-क च्या कनयुक्तरीचा प्कार पुढरीलप्माणे असेल :— (क) पदटोन्नतरीद्ारे.— पय्ग्‍टन ि सांस्ककृदतक काय्ग दिभागाच्या मंडळाच्या काया्गलयातील िररष््ठ दलदपक, ग्‍ट-क पदािरील दनयुक्ती, काया्गलयातील दलदपक ि ्‍टंकलेखक, ग्‍ट-क पद धारण करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींमधून ज्येष््ठतेच्या आधारे, पदटोन्नतीसा्ठी पात् असणाऱ्या आदण या पदािर तीन िर्ाांपेक्षा कमी नसेल इतकी दनयदमत ि अखंदडत सेिा असणाऱ्या यटोग्य व्यक्तीची पदटोन्नती करण्यात येईल; दकंिा (ख) प्कतकनयुक्तरीद्ारे.— जर दलदपक ि ्‍टंकलेखक, ग्‍ट-क पद धारण करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींमधून पदटोन्नतीसा्ठी पात् आदण यटोग्य उमेदिार उपलब्ध झाला नाही तर अशािेळी प्रदतदनयुक्तीद्ारे इतर दिभागाकडून समतुल्य पद धारण करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींमधून यटोग्य व्यक्तीची प्रदतदनयुक्ती करण्यात येईल : परंतु, सामान्य प्रशासन दिभागाद्ारे यटोजलेल्या प्रदतदनयुक्ती धटोरणामधील दिदहत दनयम ि अ्‍टींचे पालन करून प्रदतदनयुक्ती केली जाईल. ५. कहंदरी आकण मरा्ठरी भार्ा पररीषिा :– दनयम ३ ि ४ मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या पदािर पदटोन्नतीद्ारे दनयुक्त कराियाची व्यक्ती, उक्त पदािर पदटोन्नती दमळण्यापूिवी अगटोदरच मरा्ठी भार्ा ि दहंदी भार्ा परीक्षा उत्ीण्ग नसेल दकंिा त्या परीक्षा उत्ीण्ग हटोण्यापासून दतला सू्‍ट देण्यात आलेली नसेल तर, ती, शासनाने, त्याबाबतीत, िेळटोिेळी केलेल्या दनयमांनुसार, दनयुक्तीनंतर मरा्ठी ि दहंदी भार्ा परीक्षा उत्ीण्ग करील. ६. संगणक हाताळणरी प्माणपत्र :— दनयम ३ ि ४ येर्ील पदािर पदटोन्नतीद्ारे दनयुक्त कराियाच्या व्यक्तीने, उक्त पदािर पदटोन्नती दमळण्यापूिवी संगणक हाताळणी प्रमाणपत् धारण केलेले नसेल दकंिा असे प्रमाणपत् धारण करण्यापासून दतला सू्‍ट देण्यात आली नसेल तर, ती, शासनाने, त्याबाबतीत िेळटोिेळी केलेल्या दनयमांनुसार दकंिा काढलेल्या आदेशानुसार दिदहत केलेले संगणक हाताळणी प्रमाणपत्, धारण करील. ७. इतर आदशे /कनयम लाग ूहटोण े:— कटोणत्याही शासकीय कम्गचाऱ्याच्या दनयक्ु तीपूिवी दकिं ा दनयक्ु तीनतं र, शासनान ेिळे टोिळे ी दनग्गदमत केलेले कटोणतेही दनयम, काढलेले आदेश दकंिा दनण्गय यांमध्ये शासनाने दिदनदद्गष््‍ट केलेल्या अ्‍टी ि शतवी देखील दनयम ३ ि ४ मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या पदािर दनयुक्त केलेल्या व्यक्तीस लागू असतील. महाराष्ट्ाचे राज्यपाल यांच्या आदेशानुसार ि नािाने, महेश वाव्हळ, शासनाचे उप सदचि.महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, ऑक््टटोबर ८, २०२५/आश््ववन १६, शके १९४७ 3 TOURISM AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 7th October 2025. NOTIFICATION Constitution of india. No. SPB-2021/C.R.09(Part-2)/Sanka-1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules regulating recruitment to the posts of Superintendent, Group-C and Senior Clerk, Group-C, in the office of Stage Performance Scrutiny Board under the administrative control of the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department of Government of Maharashtra, namely :— 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Superintendent, Group-C and Senior Clerk, Group-C in the office of Stage Performance Scrutiny Board, under the administrative control of the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department (Recruitment) Rules, 2025. (2) These rules shall come into force on the date of publication of these rules in the Maharashtra Official Gazette. 2. Definitions.— In these rules unless the context requires otherwise,- (a) "Appointing Authority" means the Secretary of the Stage Performance Scrutiny Board who shall be the competent to appoint a candidate on the post of Superintendent, Group-C and Senior Clerk, Group-C in the Office of the Board; (b) "Board" means Stage Performance Scrutiny Board under the administrative control of the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department. (c) "Government" means the Government of Maharashtra; (d) "Eligibility for promotion" means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the rules, resolutions or orders issued by the General Administration Department of the Government, from time to time. 3. Mode of appointment to Superintendent, Group-C shall be as follows :— (a) by Promotion.— Appointment to the post of the Superintendent, Group-C in the office of the Board shall be made by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Senior Clerk, Group-C in the said office and having not less than three years regular and continuous service on the said post ; or (b) by Deputation.— If eligible and suitable candidate for promotion from amongst the post of Senior Clerk, Group-C is not available then, by transfer on deputation of a suitable person from amongst the persons holding the equivalent post from other Department by deputation: Provided that, the appointment by deputation shall be made by adhering to the terms and conditions as prescribed in the deputation policy framed by the General Administration Department.4 महाराष्टट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, ऑक््टटोबर ८, २०२५/आश््ववन १६, शके १९४७ 4. Mode of appointment to Senior Clerk, Group-C shall be as follows :— (a) by Promotion.— Appointment to the post of the Senior Clerk, Group-C in the office of the Board shall be made by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Clerk-Cum-Typist, Group-C in the said office and having not less than three years regular and continuous service on the said post: or (b) by Deputation.— If eligible and suitable candidate for promotion from amongst the post of Clerk-Cum-Typist, Group-C is not available then, by transfer on deputation of a suitable person from amongst the persons holding the equivalent post from other Department by deputation: Provided that, the appointment by deputation shall be made by adhering to the terms and conditions as prescribed in the deputation policy framed by the General Administration Department. 5. Hindi and Marathi Languages Examinations :— A person to be appointed to the posts mentioned in rules 3 and 4 by promotion shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations, before getting promoted to the said post. 6. Certificate in Computer Operations :— A person to be appointed to the posts mentioned in rules 3 and 4 by promotion shall possess a Certificate of Computer Operations prescribed by rules or orders issued in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he already possesses such Certificate or has been exempted therefrom, before getting promoted to the said post. 7. Applicability of other Orders/Rules :— The terms and conditions specified by the Government, in any rules, order or resolutions issued in this behalf by the Government, from time to time before or subsequent to appointment of any Government Servant, shall also be applicable to Government Servant.
