No.VPM-2025/CR-230/PR-4(22) (E-1478530).– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of
article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act
(III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous
notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Administrator,
discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Amravati and Village
Panchayat and Gram Sabha Jalka Jagtap, in Chandur Railway Tahasil of Amravati District, the
Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 31st December 2025, to be the date from which each
of the local area comprising group of revenue villages Jalka Jagtap, Umarpur and Saloro Khurd
in Chandur Railway Tahasil in Amravati District specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended
hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Jalka Jagtap
and Saloro Khurd respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the
Constitution.
