NOTIFICATION
Constitution of India.
No.VPM-2025/CR-250/PR-4 (E- 1426661).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of
article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act
(III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous
notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Administrator,
discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Buldhana and Village
Panchayat and Gram sabha Wishwi in Mehkar Tahasil of Buldhana District, the Governor of
Maharashtra hereby specifies the 30th December 2025, to be the date from which the local areas
comprising the revenue villages Wishwi and Rajgad in Mehkar Tahasil of Buldhana District, specified
in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by
the name of the villages Wishwi and Rajgad as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of
Part IX of the Constitution.
