No.VPM-2025/CR-207/PR-4(22) (E- 1421977).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause
(g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village
Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession
of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the
Administrator, discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Beed and
Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Nitrud, in Majalgaon Tahasil of Beed District, the Governor of
Maharashtra hereby specifies the 26th November 2025, to be the date from which each of the local
area comprising group of revenue villages Nitrud (inclusive of Aanadwadi, Takarwadi, Sultanpur),
Lamanwadi ( inclusive of Dhannunaik Tanda, Thakurnaik Tanda, Rawanmaster Tanda, Badhunaik
Tanda) and Rekhanaik Tanda ( inclusive of Mohakul Tanda, Chandrabhan Tanda, salavan Tanda,
Jannunaik Tanda, Harajala Tanda) in Majalgaon Tahasil in Beed District specified in column (3) of
the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the
villages Nitrud, Lamanwadi and Rekhanaik Tanda respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof,
for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
