No. GR/2026/61/LED/MWA/e-file/11/2026/0040/M2:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 49 of the Code on Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019) (herein-after referred to as “the said Code”), in its application to the state in relation to the establishments for which it is the appropriate Government, the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the person specified in column (2) of the schedule appended hereto as the Appellate Authority for the purposes of the said Code and defines the area respectively specified against therein column (3) of the said schedule, to be the local limits within which they shall exercise their functions.
