Prevention of illicit traffic in narcotic Drugs anD PsychotroPic substances act, 1988.
No. MIS-0126/CR-14/SPL-3(A).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the
Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988),
and supersession of earlier orders and notifications regarding constitutions of the Advisory Board,
the Government of Maharashtra hereby re-constitutes, with immediate effect, the Advisory Board for
the purpose of the said Act, and appoints Hon’ble Shri Justice Ravindra V. Ghuge to be its Chairman
and Hon’ble Shri Justice R. M. Savant (Retd.) and the Hon’ble Shri Justice P. V. Hardas (Retd.) as
Members of the Advisory Board.
