Rules, 2025 was published for suggestions or objections on 9th October, 2025.
Paragraph No. 1 of the said notification is being amended as follows.
In the first paragraph instead of “......and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken
into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after 17th October, 2025” it should be
read as, “....and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration
by the Government of Maharashtra on or after 26th October, 2025.”
