CORRIGENDUM
Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.
No. IDC. 2018/C.R.363/IND-14.—Whereas, by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy
and Labour Department, No. IDC. 2018/C.R.363/IND-14, dated 5-11th September, 2019 issued
in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial
Development Act, 1961(Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), the Government
of Maharashtra has appointed the 5th September, 2019 to be the date from which the provisions
of Chapter-VI of the said Act shall take effect in the areas mentioned in the Schedule appended
to the said notification and declared those areas as an industrial area under clause (g) of section
2 of the said Act.
And Whereas, it is brought to the notice of the Government of Maharashtra that there is a
difference in the measurements of certain areas of the said industrial area and in an areas confirmed
for acquisition after actual joint measurement (revenue record in the forms VII and XII) of Village
Pimpalvihir in Amravati Taluka of Amravati District, and the Government of Maharashtra considers
it expedient to amend the said notification so as to mention the correct areas with respect to the
said industrial area in the said notification.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 and clause
(g) of section 2 of the said Act read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (I of
1904), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby,
with effect from the 13th February 2026 amends the said notification, as follows namely :-
