No. EST-2015/1560/D-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3
of the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, 2015 (Mah. XXXI of 2015), the Government of
Maharashtra hereby amends, the Government Notification, Law and Judiciary Department No.
EST-2015/1560/D-2, dated 10th July 2015 as follows, namely :—
In the said notification, in Schedule, for the entry at serial number 3, the following entry
shall be substituted, namely :—
