केलेल्या वड जमिनी आणि ज्याअर्थी, उपरोक्त अनुसूचीमध्ये जाहीर केलेल्या जमिनी> त्या भागात समाविष्ट आहे. (यापूढे याचा उल्लेख “ उक्त जमीन”
असा करण्यात येईल) ;
आणि, ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र ओद्योगिक विकास महामंडळाकरिता उक्त जमिनी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र म्हणून विकासासाठी या जागेची
आवश्यकता असल्याचे राज्य शासनाचे मत आहे;
आणि, ज्याअर्थी Sad जमिनीच्या जमीन मालकांचे व त्यात हितसंबंध असलेल्या व्यक्तींचे म्हणणे अधिनियमांच्या कलम ३२ चे
पोट कलम (२) प्रमाणे ऐकुण घेतलेले आहे व त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासनाने या कलमाच्या ३२ चे पोट कलम (१) च्या अनुषंगाने उक्त
जमीन संपादन करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT , 1961.
No.IDC 2016/ (C.R.166) /IND 14.—Whereas by Government of Maharashtra has by the
Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No.IDC 2009/ (834) /IND 14,
dated the 9th February 2009, issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial
Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), and published
in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extra Ordinary, Part IV-B, dated 9th February 2009,
on pages 253 to 337 notified the 9th February 2009, to be the date from which the provisions of
Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of village, ‘Pahur’ in Taluka, ‘Roha’,
District, “ Raigad”, mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter referred
to as “the said area”) and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g) of section
2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act ;
And whereas, the lands mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to
as “the said lands”) are situated in the said areas ;
And whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the
Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area ;
And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other
persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard
in pursuance of notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government
of Maharashtra has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said sub-section (1) of
section 32.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said
Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for
the purpose aforesaid.
