No. IDC 2025/(C.R.731)/Ind 14.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of section
2 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962), the Government of
Maharashtra hereby declares the areas mentioned in the Schedule Village Hotgi in Taluka South
Solapur of District Solapur appended hereto to be an industrial area for the purposes of the said Act.
