of Maharashtra Irrigation Act, 1976 the Governor of the State of Maharashtra hereby appoints Canal
Officers specified in column (3) for the Irrigation Project specified in Column (2) of the table below.
Further in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (f) of section 2 of Maharashtra Management
of Irrigation System by Farmers (MMISF) Act, 2005 the Governor of the State of Maharashtra hereby
empower the appointed Canal Officer to exercise powers and discharge duties under the Section of
MMISF Act specified in column (4) of the table below :—
