WHEREAS by virtue of article 204 of the Constitution of India, read with article 205 thereof, it is necessary to provide for the passing of an Appropriation Act for the appropriation of further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March 2026; and for the purpose of authorising payment of the said sums; it is hereby enacted in the Seventy-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :— 1. This Act may be called the Maharashtra (Supplemetary) Appropriation Short title. Act, 2026.
