WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Krishna
Mah. Valley Development Corporation Act, 1996, for the purposes hereinafter

appearing ; it is hereby enacted in the Seventy-sixth Year of the Republic of
1996.

Short title and 1. (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Krishna Valley
