L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-यू.पी.-अ.-26072023-247624 xxxGIDHxxx CG-UP-E-26072023-247624 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग I—खण्ड 1 PART I—Section 1 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 180] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, िुलाई 26, 2023/श्रावण 4, 1945 No. 180] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 26, 2023/SHRAVANA 4, 1945 पत्त न, पोत पररवहन और िलमाग ग मत्रं ालय संकल्प नई दिल् ली, 20 िुलाई, 2023 फा. स.ं ई-11013/2/2019-हहिं ी.—भारत सरकार, पत्तन, पोत पररवहन और िलमाग ग मंत्रालय की जहन्ि ी सलाहकार सजमजत के पुनगगठन के संबंध म ें भारत के रािपत्र के भाग-I, खंड-1 म ें दिनाकं 01-07 िनवरी, 2022 को फा. स.ं ई-11013/2/2019-हहंिी के अधीन प्रकाजित संकल् प म ें आंजिक सिं ोधन करत े हुए गैर-सरकारी सिस्ट् य के रूप म ें क्रम स.ं 23 पर संसिीय काय ग मत्रं ालय द्वारा नामांदकत सिस्ट् य डॉ. जवकास महात् मे, संसि सिस्ट् य (राज्य सभा) के सेवाजनवृत्त हो िाने के कारण इनके स्ट्थ ान पर श्री धनंिय भीमराव महादिक, संसि सिस्ट् य (राज्य सभा) को एतद्द्वारा पत्तन, पोत पररवहन और िलमागग मंत्रालय की जहन्ि ी सलाहकार सजमजत म ें गैर सरकारी सिस्ट् य के रूप म ें नामांदकत करने की स्ट् वीकृजत प्रिान करती ह।ै 2. इस सजमजत म ें श्री धनंिय भीमराव महादिक, संसि सिस्ट् य (राज्य सभा) का कायगकाल सजमजत के िेष कायगकाल तक रहगे ा। 3. दिनांक 28.12.2021 के समसंख् यक संकल् प म ें िी गई अन् य सभी ितें अपररवर्तगत रहगें ी। 4806 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC.1] आिेि यह आिेि दिया िाता ह ै दक इस संकल्प की प्रजत, सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षत्रे प्रिासनों, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा जवभागों, राष्ट्रपजत सजिवालय, उप राष्ट्रपजत सजिवालय, प्रधान मंत्री कायागलय, मंजत्रमंडल सजिवालय, लोक सभा सजिवालय, राज्य सभा सजिवालय, संसिीय रािभाषा सजमजत, नीजत आयोग, भारत के जनयंत्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक, जनवागिन आयोग, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग और संसिीय पस्ट्ु तकालय को भिे ी िाए। यह भी आिेि दिया िाता ह ै दक इस संकल्प को िनसाधारण की िानकारी के जलए भारत सरकार के रािपत्र म ें प्रकाजित दकया िाए। अजिम कौिल, आर्थगक सलाहकार MINISTRY OF PORTS, SHIPPING AND WATERWAYS RESOLUTION New Delhi, the 20st July, 2023 No. E-11013/2/2019-Hindi.—Government of India, in partial amendment to the Resolution published in the Gazette of India, Part-I, Section-1 dated 01-07 January, 2022 vide No. E- 11013/2/2019-Hindi regarding reconstitution of the Hindi Salahkar Samiti of Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, hereby accord its approval to nominate Shri Dhananjay Bhimrao Mahadik, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) as non-official member of the Hindi Salahkar Samiti of Ministyr of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, in place of Dr. Vikas Mahatme, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), earlier nominated as a non-official member of the said Samiti by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, at serial number 23, consequent upon his retirement. 2. The tenure of Shri Dhananjay Bhimrao Mahadik, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) in this committee will be till the remaining term of the committee. 3. All other conditions given in the resolution of even number dated 28.12.2021 shall remain unchanged. ORDER Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to Administrations of all States and UTs, All Ministries and Departments of Government of India, President’s Secretariat, Vice President’s Secretariat, Prime Minister’s office, Cabinet Secretariat, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Committee of Parliament on Official Language, Niti Ayog, Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Election Commission, Union Public Service Commission and Parliament Library. It is also ordered that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
