Delhi, the 14th July, 2025
F. No. DHE 4(11)/5th SFRC/2021/3217-27.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and
(13) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of
Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi
Act 8 of 2007), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in partial modification of Notification
dated 10.04.2023, hereby notifies fee for academic year 2024-25, as specified in Schedule I hereto.
The excess fee charged by the colleges in the academic year (2024-25) on the basis of notification dated
10.04.2023 shall either be fully refunded within a period of one month from this notification or adjusted in the
subsequent academic years against the fee to be charged from the students admitted in the academic year 2024-2025.
The other contents of the notification dated 10.04.2023 shall remain same except insofar modified hereby.
