* **Deputation/Transfer Eligibility:** Defines the eligibility criteria for recruitment through deputation/transfer, including specific service experience in analogous posts or lower pay levels within Central/State Government, UT Administrations, PSUs, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Recognized Universities, or Research Institutes. It also requires three years of relevant experience in the microfilming section/unit of State/UT/University Archives.
* **Deputation Age Limit**: Sets the maximum age limit for appointment by transfer on deputation as 56 years on the closing date of application.
