Delhi, the 29th September, 2021
No. F. 6/10/2021-Judl./Suptlaw/998-1001.—In exercise of the power conferred under
Sub-Section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 15 of the General Clause
Act, 1897, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with the concurrence of High Court of
Delhi, hereby confers the ex-officio powers of Presiding Officer/Judge of the Family Court at District level
constituted under The Family Court Act, 1984 on each of the officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service, to be
exercisable by each of them with effect from the date of assumption of any such charge by them, in
pursuance of the transfer/posting orders made by the Chief Justice of High Court of Delhi.
