Ministry of Communications Postmaster General, Nagpur Region to Hold Dak Adalat on October 7

Posted On: 29 SEP 2026 5:16PM by PIB Mumbai Nagpur, 29 September 2026 The Postmaster General, Nagpur Region, will hold the Monthly 2nd Dak Adalat on October 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Office of the Postmaster General, Nagpur Region, Shankar Nagar Post Office Building, 1st Floor, Nagpur.

The Dak Adalat will provide an opportunity to address unresolved grievances related to postal services in the Vidarbha Region. Complaints pertaining to unregistered/registered mail, Speed Post, counter services, Savings Bank and non-payment of Money Orders, among other postal services, will be considered. Complaints that have remained unresolved for more than three weeks may be taken up during the Adalat.

Interested customers may submit their complaints in duplicate to Shri Jayant S. Dao, Assistant Director (Postal Services)-II and Secretary, Dak Adalat, Office of the Postmaster General, Nagpur Region, 1st Floor, Shankar Nagar Post Office Building, Nagpur–440010, on or before October 2, 2026. Complaints should include details such as the name and designation of the officer to whom the original complaint was addressed and relevant particulars of the postal article.
