Delhi, the 15th December, 2025
F. No. 1(32)/Legal Branch/Revenue HQ/2025/90— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 93 of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act 5 of 1908), and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this regard,
the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner / Collector
of each revenue district as the competent authority to exercise all the powers of the Advocate-General under Section 92
of the said Code, within their respective jurisdictions
