Mtr. (0.1853 hectares) land is required in the Bakkarwala Village of Sub Division Punjabi Bagh in District West for public purpose for providing approach road/path to cremation[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 ground at Bakkarwala village, New Delhi. Social Impact Assessment Study was carried out by SIA Unit, School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University, Delhi and SIA report was submitted on 24th February, 2020. The summary of the Social Impact Assessment Report/ preliminary investigation is as follows (copy of SIA report is enclosed herewith as Annexure ‘A’). The total number of 14 land owners and 24 families are likely to be effected due to the proposed acquisition of land. The detailed report is given in the Social Impact Assessment study report in Para 7.1 at page No.6 - 7 of S.I.A. report. The Additional District Magistrate, West, Revenue District, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is appointed as administrator under the provision of Section 43 of RFCTLARR Act, 2013 for purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement of the affected families. Therefore it is notified that for the above said project in the Bakkarwala Village of Sub Division Punjabi Bagh in District West, a piece of land under acquisition measuring 1853 Sq. Mtr.
