Secy. 651 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 25 िनवरी, 2023 का.आ. 452(अ).—केंद्र सरकार, अजखल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान (संिोधन) अजधजनयम, 2012 (2012 का 37) द्वारा यथासंिोजधत अजखल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 25) की धारा 4 के खडं (ड) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा श्री ििे िीपक वमा,ि सेवाजनवृत्त आईएएस, को डॉ अम्बरीि जमतल, एंडोदिनोलॉजिस्ट्ट, मेिांता के स्ट्थान पर अजखल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, गोरखपरु के सस्ट्ं थान जनकाय का सिस्ट्य नाजमत करती ह ै ,और उस प्रयोिन स े दिनांक 7 फ़रवरी, 2020 के.आ. 615 (अ) के माध्यम स े भारत के रािपत्र भाग II, खंड 3, उपखडं (ii) म ें प्रकाजित भारत सरकार, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या Z-28016 /170/2018-पीएमएसएसवाई-IV दिनांक 30 िनवरी, 2020 म ें जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह:ै- उि अजधसूचना म,ें िमसंख्या 10 और उस स े संबंजधत प्रजवजि म,ें जनम्नजलजखत प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िायगे ा, अथाित:् "10. श्री ििे िीपक वमाि, सेवाजनवृत्त आईएएस” सिस्ट्य का कायिकाल अजखल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान अजधजनयम, 1956 की धारा 6 म ें जनजहत प्रावधानों द्वारा िाजसत होगा। [फा. स.ं िडे -28016/65/2017-पीएमएसएसवाई-IV] अंदकता जमश्रा बुंिले ा, संयिु सजचव NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th January, 2023 S.O. 452(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (e) of Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Sh. Desh Deepak Verma, retired IAS, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Gorakhpur in place of Dr. Ambrish Mithal, Endocrinologist, Medanta and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, File Number Z-28016/170/2018-PMSSY-IV dated the 30th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II , section 3 , Sub-Section (ii) vide SO 615 (E) dated the 7th February, 2020: In the said notification, for serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry should be substituted, namely :- “10. Sh. Desh Deepak Verma, retired IAS” The terms of office of the member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956. [F.
