The Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Science and Technology, Environment,
Forests and Climate Change headed by Dr. Medha Vishram Kulkarni, M.P., Rajya Sabha, presented the
following Reports in the Parliament on Friday, the 7th August, 2026:-
i. 413th Report on the Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations/observations
contained in the 402nd Report on Water Pollution in Delhi NCR and steps taken by various agencies
for its mitigation;
ii. 414th Report on the Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations/observations
contained in the 403rd Report on ‘Review of the Functioning of CSIR-Central Scientific Instruments
Organisation (CSIR-CSIO) and CSIR-Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology (CSIR-IGIB)’;
and
iii. 415th Report on the Action Taken by the Government on the recommendations/observations
contained in the 404th Report on ‘Review of the functioning of Tata Memorial Centre (TMC),
Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) and Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited
(NPCIL)’.
2. The Committee had considered the draft reports and adopted the same in its meeting held on 05th
August, 2026.
