Prime Minister's Office Prime Minister congratulates newly sworn-in Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Ministers and Ministers of Bihar Posted On: 20 NOV 2025 1:41PM by PIB Delhi The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated Shri Nitish Kumar on taking oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar. He said that Shri Nitish Kumar is an experienced administrator with a proven track record of good governance for many years, and extended his best wishes for the tenure ahead. The Prime Minister also congratulated Shri Samrat Chaudhary and Shri Vijay Sinha on becoming the Deputy Chief Ministers of Bihar. He noted that both leaders have worked extensively at the grassroots in serving people and conveyed his best wishes to them. Shri Narendra Modi further extended his best wishes to all those who have taken oath as Ministers in the Bihar Government. He said that this is a wonderful team with dedicated leaders who will take Bihar to new heights, and wished them the very best.
