Posted On: 07 OCT 2026 12:23PM by PIB Delhi The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today shared an article by Prime Minister of Bhutan, Shri Tshering Tobgay, highlighting how the Prime Minister’s leadership reflects wisdom, compassion, courage and selfless service.

Shri Tobgay highlighted how Viksit Bharat stands as the clearest expression of these values, providing India with a shared vision and inspiring people to build it, while underlining that a stronger India can also do more for its neighbours and the Global South.
